We won’t carve your custom design until you are satisfied with the digital proof.
Drawings and proofs are always considered confidential. Your design ideas are accessible only to Blockhead’s Design Team. We would never share them with anybody else!
What materials does Blockhead make blocks with?
The heads are made with native Pacific Northwest Bigleaf Maple
Handles are carved out of rot-resistant Purpleheart wood
All the metal bits (tags, screws, etc.) are stainless steel

How do I take care of my blocks?
Keep ‘em wet! Your Blockhead blocks arrive vacuum-sealed with a kiss of Nitrogen to preserve their integrity. Keep them soaking in a 5 gallon bucket of water with 1/4 cup of bleach when not in use. Visit our Care and Feeding section here.
